When you are done getting your piercing our artist will explain to you how to properly take care of it that way we can make sure that it's heal's perfectly.
Here are some of the guideline's our piercer explains to people who get's pierced.
Make sure you keep the pierced area clean, you will want to gentle wash the piercing with fragrance-free soap and warm water afterwards you should pat it dry and not rub it with a clean towel. Never soak the piercing or harsh products on the pierced area.
After you wash it you will want to apply a very then layer of a water based fragrance-free moisturizer just so the pierced area can stay hydrated and it doesn't dry out.
You will want to avoid exposing your new piercing to direct sunlight or even different type of UV light because it can cause the skin to become very inflamed and irritated and you do not want it to get infected.
Don't go swimming or soak it in water so no swimming pools or bath tubs for at least two week's after getting a piercing because water can contain bacteria that could cause a infection.
Avoid any restrictive or tight clothing over the newly pierced area because this could prevent the piercing from healing properly.
